The Office Cube is a pre-covid pandemic idea. Intended to provide an isolated work environment for people who want to work in peace and quiet. Or just that one meeting in a creative space.

The concept of a Tiny house remains strong. You build the house in a controlled factory, place it on a convoy, and there you have it.
Within 1 day, your office is set up. And due to favorable regulations, you can place it almost anywhere. The Cubes are not fixed to the ground, so you can see it as a temporary space. And temporary can also mean a very long time.
